Beneden Molendijk Square on sale
January 2012 Coffee for everyone in Oud-Beijerland's town hall on january 25th. There and then will be the start of the sale of the houses and appartments in the "Beneden Molendijk Square" project, that was designed by Ector Hoogstad Architects. The project consists of commercial space, parking garage, houses and appartments surrounding a green courtyard. This development finally fills in a crucial plot in the historical town center of Oud-Beijerland. While the shops concentrate at the side of the Beneden Molendijk, both Kerkstraat and Nobelstraat will be lined with "townhouses" that offer a possibility to create workshops on street level.
