Westerlaan Tower Ready
February 2012 In Rotterdam general contractor Dura Vermeer Bouw Rosmalen has officially and according to schedule completed construction of the Westerlaan Tower. This completes the realisation of the "Vopak Cluster", consusting of a lowrise office building, the now finished tower with offices and high-end appartments, and a parking garage underneath the neighbouring park, connected to the tower through a tunnel. A lofty entrance hall facing the park, serves both offices and appartments and offers access to commercial space that will be filled in with a cafe or restaurant. Starting mid march the first owners will be handed over the keys to their new appartments. The project is a joint development of Maarsen Groep, Koninklijke Vopak and Brouwershoff Beheer. there are still a few appartments for sale - check www.westerlaantoren.nl.
