Matrix VI Interior Design

On the site of the Amsterdam Science Park construction is underway of Matrix VI, designed by Ector Hoogstad Architecten. As part of the Matrix Innovation Center, the building will house a mix of offices and laboratories, combined with facilities such as restaurant and meeting rooms, to be rented out to start-ups in life sciences and other high tech fields. Our office has now also finished the interior design for this highly flexible sustainable building. The lower floors will serve as a facility center for the entire Matrix community, and offers meeting rooms, restaurant/café, flexible workplaces and other amenities. The upper floors contain fully fitted laboratory units, including lab furniture and extensive infrastructure for chemicals and ICT. The building is scheduled to open early 2013.
