September 2014 On September 25th mayor Hubert Bruls opened De Beuk, the first new building of the Montessori College Nijmegen. In the presence of all the guests, students staged a celebratory act in the amphitheater-shaped auditorium. The distinctive bronze colored building on the Kwakkenberg is the new housing for VMBO-t, HAVO and VWO students.
A second new building, which will be called De Berk, will be completed in the spring of 2015. This building gets silver aluminum accents. The new Montessori College soon accommodates 1300 students and 170 teachers.
