Pictures: Montessori College Nijmegen

Now the new Montessori College is fully operational, it was time to take pictures. The school is composed of several sub-volumes with its own materialization of wood, aluminum siding and enamelled glass. Both the wood and the aluminum bronze are designed as vertical strips varying in width. Large windows from top to floor provide a beautiful relationship between the inside and the wooded area. The pictures also show the special amphitheater-shaped auditorium and the internal street – with air-voids and double-height spaces - in the longitudinal axis of the building. The photos were made by Petra Appelhof. You can take a look at a selection of the photos on the project page.
