Sneak peek: Dupont, Leiden Bio Science Park

September 2020 The new home for Dupont Industrial Biosciences, a center of expertise awarded with a BREEAM excellent certificate, is the latest state of the art construction at Leiden Bio Science Park. The building has an open character and knowledge development is a key goal. The new research & development center provides offices, laboratories and meeting rooms around a large atrium for casual interaction. It contains 4,000 sqm of lab space for advanced research. 2,500 sqm of office space can be transformed into the lab space as well. Its innovative character perfectly suits its users.
