We are proud to share that the definitive design for the new Physics building, part of the Delft University of Technology, has been completed.
Physics will be an inspiring and future-proof building that literally builds worlds on top of each other. State-of-the-art laboratories will be found on the ground floor whereas various teaching facilities, centrered around a lush public roofgarden, will be located on the first floor. The second floor will house the various offices and meeting rooms. The necessary installations will be cladded with solar panels and turn the roof into a mini power plant.
If all goes according to plan students and staff will be able to move into the new faculty building in 2026-2027.
Our partners in this are Aronsohn, Pieters Bouwtechniek, Royal Haskoning DHV and Peutz.
